Requirements
- Minimum having SPM certificate and above education
- At least 2 years' experience in related field is preferred
- Experienced In field of used car industry or automotive industry is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Exceptional Mandarin Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Good Microsoft Excel Skills
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers etc.
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
Responsibilities
Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.Providing basic bookkeeping services.Benefits
