Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and orders via email, chat, and other digital channels
  • Assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and order placement
  • Handling order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
  • Collaborating with the operation team to identify opportunities for improving the online customer experience.

What we\'re looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Good written and verbal communication in English & Malay. Being able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
