Job description
Responsibilities
Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and orders via email, chat, and other digital channels
Assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and order placement
Handling order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
Collaborating with the operation team to identify opportunities for improving the online customer experience.
What we\'re looking for
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
Good written and verbal communication in English & Malay. Being able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
