Nexevo Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our growing operations. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of reports.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on accounting matters.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to AP / AR and bank reconciliation.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
