Senior Manager - Fund Investment (Real Estate)

Location : Country Heights Damansara, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of real estate development strategies, with a focus on logistics facilities.
  • Oversee land acquisition processes, including site identification, feasibility analysis, and negotiation.
  • Spearhead the formation of real estate development funds, including future core fund initiatives.
  • Capital Raising & Exit Strategy : Lead efforts in raising capital through equity and debt instruments to support development and expansion.
  • Joint Ventures & Stakeholder Management : Establish and manage joint venture partnerships with strategic stakeholders, developers, and financial institutions.

  • Joint Ventures & Stakeholder Management : Establish and manage joint venture partnerships with strategic stakeholders, developers, and financial institutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in the real estate or finance industry
  • Good exposure in defining the fund's investment objectives and strategy, identifying target investors and markets, and structuring the fund's framework and governance
