Job description

Assist in monitoring machine, daily production activities and ensure workflow runs smoothly.

Support the preparation and organization of production documents, records, and reports (Machine SOP, Machine Detailed Information Record, Work Instruction, etc).

Record daily incoming voltage for each production machine and compile data for review.

Prepare summary reports of machine troubleshooting and issues encountered, including actions taken.

Observe and learn production processes to understand GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other quality standards.

Assist in collecting and compiling production data (output, defect rate, downtime).

Participate in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement activities.

Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff towards achieving company goal.

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene practices in the production area.

Perform ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned.
