Job Scope – Intern Pastry Baker
Main Responsibilities :
Assist pastry baker in preparing, baking, and decorating cakes, pastries, and bread.Help with measuring, mixing, and portioning ingredients according to recipes.Support in handling daily production of bakery items.Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.Assist with packaging and labeling baked goods.Learn and practice food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.Support in inventory checks and ingredient preparation.Participate in product testing, new recipe trials, and seasonal menu preparation.Learning Opportunities :
Exposure to full bakery production flow (from prep to finishing).Hands-on training in baking techniques, decoration, and presentation.Understanding of kitchen operations, teamwork, and time management in a bakery setting.Benefits :
