About the Role

Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs

Responsibilities :

  • Assessing, analyzing user requirements, and establishing system objectives.
  • Prepare system documentation, e.g., functional specification, and user manual, etc.
  • Support the communication within business parties and development team.
  • Work with developers to support and conduct end user acceptance testing.
  • Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
  • To help team lead or project manager to build up team business domain knowledge including business knowledge repository maintenance, new joiners’ business knowledge training up.
  • To help team lead or project manager on stakeholders’ relationship management thru daily work.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in IT related disciplines.
  • Experience with insurance domain and minimum 2 years of application development experience as SA or BA role in insurance business domain.
  • Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update.
  • Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development process, including software design and programming.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skill.
  • Good command of English both in spoken and written.
  • Insurance or banking business knowledge is preferred.
