On a daily basis checking and managing all scaffolding activities Receives, reviews, and processes requisition requests for materials and supplies for specific projects and general maintenance activities. Evaluate material requisition requests and advise division personnel on modifications and materials needed for specific projects or general maintenance work orders. Liaise with the customers and ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers. Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate customer inquiries, orders, and stock availability. Identify and communicate any risk associated with tasks and the overall project plan. Ensure that the quantity of materials and supplies is according to documents provided by the relevant party. Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations are complied with. Attend project meetings and liaise or coordinate with in-house staff, designers, and workers. Any other duties that may assigned by HOD from time to time Qualifications

Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent team player, reliable and trustworthy. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking. Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and local language / dialect. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Result-oriented, Independent, and good initiative.
