MS Fabric Solutions Architect

Sentinel is working with a global provider of professional construction tools, technologies and services. Operating worldwide, they are recognised as an industry leader for innovation and close partnership with the construction industry. They are developing an internal application to be used by their internal sales organisation of more than 20,000 people.

This role is fully dedicated to designing and operating the data layer that powers the new internal Sales application. MS Fabric acts as the central data platform, consolidating data from CRM systems, AWS‑based marketing platforms, operational systems and existing data lakes. This data layer feeds both the backend logic and the Azure AI features of the app.

Role overview

We are seeking an MS Fabric Solutions Architect to shape the data environment underpinning the Sales application. You will architect ingestion pipelines, models, governance frameworks and data products that enable AI functionality, reporting and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design Fabric‑based data architecture supporting the Sales app (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2).
• Build ingestion frameworks pulling from Salesforce, AWS lakes, marketing data platforms and operational systems.
• Ensure the data platform is AI‑ready for all Azure AI components of the app.
• Define data governance, lineage and modelling standards.
• Support POCs for new data integration patterns used within the app.
• Create documentation for ingestion flows, modelling and cross‑layer integration.
• Collaborate closely with AI architects and backend teams.
