• L3 Application Maintenance & Production Support at 3-5yrs and 6-9yrs experience level – responsibility is to perform troubleshooting; dev; setup; renewing licenses on SWIFT platform.
• Explicit expectations – Minimum 4yrs relevant experience for L2 and 7yrs relevant experience for L3.
