To be responsible of payroll processing using payroll system and to ensure timely accurate processing of payroll transactions for salary, OT, allowances and statutory contributions and tax related local and international
To maintain and update employees record management (personal record, leave etc) as required in the system
To be responsible in Compensation and Benefits management and KPI management for Company in benchmarking and proposed strategic salary, benefits, rewards and recognition etc
To handle Employee Relations and Industrial relations matters. Execute disciplinary action process and procedure. Handling employee grievances, counselling etc
To ensure the compliance of Human Resources Management aligned with the Employment Act 1955 , Labour Law & other regulations which is applicable to the Company.
To manage recruitment for new hire, advertise and screening potential candidate from the Job vacancies through websites ,Job Street, LinkedIn etc
To be responsible in managing the expatriates' work permit, dependant pass and other matter related to expatriates management
To manage the inbound and outbound for foreign workers and related matters
To renew company's licences, certificates , membership and update Company information in related systems.
To prepare Annual Management Plan (AMP) budget under Corporate Services and Human Resources function.
To prepare and / or editing of various documents including HR Monthly Operations Reports, tender questionnaires, Business Plan for Board Meeting etc
To benchmark, review and improve Employee Handbook , policies and procedures under Corporate Services and Human Resources function
To support general administration in Corporate Services & Human Resource department and perform other duties from time to time assigned by the Head of Department and support staff in assigned project based work, company event etc
To involve and support Human Resources Executive for training & development matters with all Departments i.e. preparing Training Plan & Budgeting, facilitation of trainings, training calendar, compiling Competency matrix and evaluation by Department, evaluate and recommendation on training provider, HRDC claims etc
To involve in Customers audits , certification audits and ISO audits which is related to Human Resources function
To ensure that ISO & HSES standards are observed and kept at the highest level and all policies in respect of ISO & HSES are implemented to the full. You are also required to adhere to all in-house activities and procedures as per the MIR VALVE QA / QC standards.
Liaison with Government officials and customers, if required.
