Job Description

  • Responsible for desktop and notebook setup, software installations, configuration, troubleshoot,

relocation for office and production environment.

  • Responsible for user creations, deletion and maintenance for emails, server, printers, VPN,

    • phones and etc.

  • Software to support includes desktop Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft office and office

    • 365, Outlook, Microsoft active directory and etc.

  • Provide support and troubleshoot for all IT network and equipment which includes Wifi and

    • network issues, equipment maintenance, new equipment setup and also ensure all IT network

    and equipment security are up to date.

  • Implement upgrades to existing IT infrastructure, hardware and also backup solutions internally

    • or working with vendor.

  • Involve in data collection in terms of pc / network usage details and compile reports based on the

    • data collected.

  • Supporting hours : 8 : 30 - 5 : 30, Monday until Friday

    • Qualifications

  • Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Technology, troubleshooting Techniques
  • PC Architecture, Operational System and LAN / WAN knowledge

    Salary Range :

  • Starting range RM1,800 to RM2,500
