Job Requirements :
- At least Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Social Studies, or any relevant field; further training will be a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin and human resources roles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist in employee engagement activities, monitor employee progress and ensure a positive and productive company culture.Assist in routine HR functions, preparing letters or any relevant documents and HR-related queries and provide timely support.To effectively assist in managing foreign worker records, including visa expiry tracking, work permits, and FOMEMA arrangements.Provide general administrative support, including coordinating logistics for vehicle arrangements with PUSPAKOM and overseeing regular maintenance.Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.Who You Are?
