Key Responsibilities :
1. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Handle the Audit Manager's daily schedule, including appointments and meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for coordinating communication between departments and outside clients.
2. Business & Financial Support
Performing on-site audit activities under the supervision of senior staff, with a focus on timely task completion.Track audit and reporting deadlines to guarantee submissions are on time.3. Task Monitoring & Follow-Up
Keep an eye on all pending assignments and provide updates to ensure timely completion.Maintain updated checklists for all recurring tasks and reporting schedules.Make sure all required documentation and supporting materials are submitted accurately.4. Other Duties
Handle other tasks as requested by the Audit Manager.Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business AdministrationProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsAble to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervisionMust be Chinese (for communication with manager and clients)Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)Takes ownership of work with a strong sense of responsibilityReliable, dependable, and attentive to detailPossess a valid driving license and able to driveJob Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
