Overview

MOBA / FPS Gamers Customer Support (Indonesian or Malay)

We are recruiting MOBA / FPS Gamers Customer Support for a world-leading video game company. Gain valuable skills and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to players via IM communication, emails, tickets, etc., to improve user satisfaction and promote game branding.
  • Respond to specific questions and issues from players; coordinate with the headquarters team to understand and solve the issue.
  • Engage in friendly communication with players, respond to game inquiries, and handle user complaints.
  • Collect and summarize players’ suggestions on game products, and provide timely feedback to players once confirmed.
  • Conduct user research on game products through questionnaires or online communication.
  • Support service localization including FAQ, email, script, etc. (from English to Indonesian / Thai).

Requirements

  • Fluent in Indonesian or Malay; bachelor’s degree or above; English proficiency is necessary , Mandarin is a plus.
  • Passion for games with a good understanding of MOBA / FPS games; total game hours and expertise level are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, high empathy, ability to understand players’ feelings and provide care and support; responsible for player requests and timely replies.
  • Job experience in customer service or the game industry is highly preferred.
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

    • One-year contract (Renewable) :

    In-House role

    Position with long-term strategic goals, so the contract is renewable. One month's salary as target bonus at the end of the contract. Salary increases will be considered at contract renewal.
