Supply Chain Specialist, Asia

This position is responsible for coordinating with sales on forecasting, demand planning and supply management, sourcing and project management, playing a key role in supporting to achieve Asia Supply Chain initiatives. Also responsible for maintaining sufficient and effective interaction with suppliers & packagers for continuous improvement on quality and cost optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Forecast & Demand Planning

• Follow Sales and Operations Planning process by engaging Sales, Marketing, Finance (and external market distributors where necessary) in a collaborative planning process to produce a detailed and accurate rolling 6 months forecast at SKU level for all brands. Ensure forecasts follow accepted methodologies, have an analytical basis, and have cross functional buy-in to enable smooth execution goal attainment. Improve forecast accuracy step by step.
• Provide direction, guidance and recommendations to Sales and Marketing teams on supply plans, production schedules and other critical path deadlines for promotions, new SKU / product introductions.
