Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up with leads and clients via calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Promote training programs to individuals and companies.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries.
- Design simple posters and marketing materials.
- Share program updates and promotions in Facebook groups.
- Assist in marketing campaigns with relevant content.
- Update sales performance and follow-up status.
- Share customer feedback to improve sales and marketing.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Basic design skills (Canva or equivalent) for poster and content creation.Proficient in Microsoft Office and messaging platforms.Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus) :
Experience in social media or community marketing.Knowledge of the education / training industry.Salary & Benefits :
