Objective
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and coordinate multiple projects by monitoring progress, aligning team efforts, and ensuring timely execution. This role acts as a vital link between sales, engineering, and operations to deliver successful outcomes and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are on schedule.
- Maintain and update project plans, including Gantt charts and schedules.
- Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
- Prepare progress reports and status updates for management.
- Support sales and engineering teams in aligning customer requirements with project execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project tracking and reporting practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum SPM / Diploma or Degree in any field.Minimum 1-3 years of related working experiences in automation industry or related field.Able to handle projects independently and plan related activities.Able to handle multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Seniority level
