  • Qualifications & Experience

    We are looking for driven professionals who bring both expertise and leadership :

  • Member of a recognised accounting body (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ audit experience , ideally at a senior or managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and compliance requirements .
  • Skilled in audit software and relevant tools (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and provide insights.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Leadership qualities to guide, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit teams in planning, executing and completing audits in compliance with standards.
  • Assess internal controls, risk management, and operational processes for effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance .
  • Review and analyse financial statements and reports to identify risks and irregularities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and regulators.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes .
  • Mentor and train junior auditors, fostering their professional development.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
