Requirements

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
Fresh Grades are welcome !
Has a car , with license D
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Passion for pets and an understanding of pet nutrition (a big plus!)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for events or client visits

About the Role

We’re seeking a hungry, pet-loving Sales Rep to grow our reach through events, partnerships, and digital sales. If you’re a people person, love animals, and want to earn more through commission while growing your career—we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Petchef’s products to new and existing partners / customers.

Attend events, roadshows, and pet expos to engage directly with pet owners

Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners (vets, groomers, pet shops, cafes)

Manage sales pipeline and meet individual and team targets

Achieve and maintain KPIs related to sales performance, lead conversion rates, follow-up times, and customer satisfaction

Provide product education and after-sales support to partners

Report market feedback and help optimize sales strategies
