We are looking for a techno-functional consulting champion who builds strong relationships with clients and assists the entire change & transformation process in the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS. Responsibilities Deliver end to end implementation of the product with the client — starting from business process mapping to user acceptance testing and taking the customer live with Darwinbox in a defined timeline Analyse business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for client demos Prepare blueprint documents and functional specifications in the business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution for client-specific use cases Coordinate with the development team and stakeholders to define change requests and solutions for client-specific use cases Plan and lead meetings and working sessions with both client and product development teams Provide key user training and support to ensure sign-off at each milestone as per the project plan Guide the client through the change management process and manage internal and external expectations Provide support during the implementation and post go-live phase (before handing over to Customer Success) Map benefits delivered through the Darwinbox HRMS implementation Prepare documentation to hand over the account to the Customer Success team Qualifications and Requirements Speaks English and the local language Master’s Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor’s degree 3–7 years of experience in HR transformation & change management, HRIS / HCM implementation roles, or HR consulting Understanding of Technology systems; HRMS implementation experience preferred Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint Key behavioral traits : agility, analytical thinking, persistence, and the ability to stretch Job Details Seniority level : Associate Employment type : Full-time Job function : Consulting, Human Resources, and Information Technology Industries : IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Darwinbox.
