Job descriptionCustomer interaction by Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with product selection. Scan items, input prices, collect payment, provide change, and issue receipts. Accurately count cash, manage cash drawer, and reconcile transactions at the end of shift. Handle customer returns and exchanges according to store policy. Proficiency in using electronic cash registers and POS systems. Maintaining cleanliness by keep checkout area clean and organized. Requirements
- At least SPM qualification, Diploma and equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required Language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Familiarity with a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensuring accurate transactions and handling cash.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficiently handle multiple customers and transactions simultaneously.
- Prior cashier experience may be preferred.
