Responsibilities
To work as front desk on office clerical work related Building Management issues
To attend to all incoming calls and walk-in customer on their enquiries
To distribute monthly billings (maintenance charges / quit rent / insurance / water / official receipt / statement) timely
To compile daily collection report (official receipt and payment) and submit to related department
Generate, monitor and support administration billing and collections, emails, correspondence, quotation, delivery orders, supplier & principal purchase order, invoices, office & d documents administrative tasks.
Prepare summary petty cash claims for reimbursement.
Administer residents / owners record such as complaints, booking, deposits, renovation, car park lots, access card and etc.
Processing supplier invoices and preparation of payment according to company’s policies and procedures and ensure its payment timely.
To transfer collected sinking fund charges from service charge account to sinking fund account timely and in accordance to company’s policies and procedures.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma level in any field.
1-2 years of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage and given priority.
Proficiency in software skills such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, UBS, CSS Accounting.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude.
