About the Role

Join a leading hyperscale data center company to oversee design delivery across multiple APAC projects. You’ll manage multidisciplinary consultants to achieve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability standards, ensuring projects meet cost, compliance, and speed-to-market targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design management for greenfield and fit‑out projects across regional metros
Ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and milestone achievement
Conduct site reviews to ensure design intent and construction quality
Drive design improvement initiatives for efficiency and sustainability

Requirements

10+ years in design consultancy, with at least 5 years in a senior / principal role

Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred

Experienced in Design Bid Build and Design & Build methodologies

Hyperscale Data Center experience is an advantage

Proficient in English and Mandarin

Must be able to work in Singapore or Cyberjaya
