About the Role

Are you a natural in sales and passionate about providing excellent customer service? As a Retail Sales Assistant at One Utama, Petaling Jaya you'll be an integral part of the team, connecting customers with the perfect pair of shoes or accessories. What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and attentive service to all customers, determining their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge to confidently discuss features and benefits with customers
• Handling cash, card and mobile payments accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandised according to Tomaz Shoes (Retail) standards
• Assisting with stock management, receiving deliveries, and replenishing shelves
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
