Responsibilities

Take charge of full-stack development for one of the GaaS (Game as a Service) one-stop game development platform, using Node.js for both front-end and back-end services.

Responsible for the design and optimization of the platform’s core service architecture, including API design, database design, microservices governance, and performance tuning.

Improve the service experience for game development studios by enhancing platform stability and developer usability through technical solutions.

Actively utilize AI-assisted programming tools (such as GitHub Copilot and various Agent tools) to improve development efficiency and continuously optimize team workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree holder, 1–2 years of full-stack development experience; solid understanding of computer fundamentals, strong background in data structures and algorithms, and proficient programming skills.

Proficient in Node.js and its ecosystem, with experience in both front-end and back-end development; familiar with database design, API design, and microservices architecture.

Skilled in using AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other Agent tools), capable of effectively leveraging AI to enhance development efficiency and code quality.

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; product-minded, able to think from the perspective of game development studios when designing platform features.

Proactive in summarizing and documenting technical knowledge, willing to share insights, with good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Passionate about programming, quick to learn, intellectually curious and motivated; prior knowledge or strong interest in the gaming industry is a plus.
