Job description
Responsibilities :
Able to made appointment for superiors and promote new products.
Performs sales supporting and administrative works, handling enquiries, quotation to customers, emails and planning for directors / sales team activities.
To handle all sales activities, coordination with site operation, prepare claim & study main contract and sub-contractors contract, any other related matters, coordinate closely with other dept.
Maintaining good working orders with all business associate and correspondence with record scheduling and coordinating all meeting / appointments / flight & travel arrangement.
Perform others duties assigned and directed by Management.
Requirement :
At least 3 years of working experience in construction or related industries.
Candidate must processes Diploma in Business / Commerce study, Administration Management, Marketing, Construction Management or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of computer software ( Microsoft Works Excel ).
Pleasant personality, honest, responsible, hardworking.
Write and speak Languages English, Bahasa Melayu, Cantonese are highly appreciated.
