Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily business such as receiving, storing, returning, tally in the warehouse, inventory, storage management, pickup, packing, handover, B2B transfer, etc., to ensure the quality and quantity of the goods.
• Arrange manpower and working hours reasonably, complete daily collection, shelving, inventory, pickup, packaging, handover, etc., to improve per capita efficiency.
• Organize daily pre / post operations meetings, assign day operations tasks, summarize day operations, solve current problems in real time and correct errors.
• Responsible for ensuring that warehouse SOPs and processes, job guidance are established, improved, and implemented effectively and accurately.
• Perform necessary inventory and category analysis, and validity management analysis of shelf-life commodities, to achieve first-out inventory management and report any backlogs.
• Work closely with other departments to solve problems, handle abnormal goods receipt and storage, and communicate with real-time procurement, marketing, and supply chain departments.
• Responsible for daily operational training and guidance, team building and talent echelon training of departmental staff.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
