Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly stock counts and reconcile items in the system, including those with large complex batch tracking.
  • Handle for product life cycle management.
  • Processing purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate quantities, optimizing service, inventory, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain effective partnerships with internal customers, warehouses, and external suppliers.
  • Participate in process improvement activities.
  • Prepare report.
  • Execute ad-hoc Supply Chain projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years working experience in Supply Chain or Material Planning on lot managed fields.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Experience in SAP ECC system is an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and continuously improve.
  • Able to travel to the warehouse in Klang on a monthly basis.
