Join our captivating world of Sales, supporting Avanade's sales teams in successfully closing new business and achieving growth targets!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including senior leaders to understand business requirements and help shape successful deal outcomes.
  • Provide input on staffing and skill requirements to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with project objectives.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities to support revenue growth and maximize value realization.
  • Leverage data to communicate business impact, uncovering key insights that drive decision‑making and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient information management system to enable timely access, accurate record‑keeping, and ease of information retrieval.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of operational tasks and readiness activities in alignment with Avanade policies, compliance requirements, and procedures.
  • Serve as a role model and provide guidance to team members on operational execution, readiness, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and optimizing resource allocation to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the impact of improvements and ensure sustainable long‑term benefits.
  • Lead initiatives to refine workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking); JLPT N2 or Japan University graduate.
  • English proficiency is required for communication with global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, liberal arts, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT industry or relevant area of business.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Good track record in successfully and efficiently delivering projects.
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to resolve complex issues and promote a result‑focused, customer‑centric culture.
