Overview
You will be the social lead for a global beauty and wellness brand, overseeing the social media presence, content and influencer partnerships across 3 product brands. You’ll work closely with the social team, media team and identified influencer agency partners to ensure alignment to an overall social strategy and effective implementation on a day-to-day basis. In addition, you will be tasked with building the relationship with key clients, establishing our strategic and operational value to the client.
Responsibilities
- Working with the strategy lead to ensure alignment and implementation of the social-first strategy
- Manage and lead an internal team of social media specialists
- Oversee client relationship building
- Providing smart perspective on overall social and content industry landscape, trends and best practices
- Driving thought leadership around content development, engagement practices, measurement and process
- Cultivating strong relationships with 3rd party content providers and websites
- Presenting to and strategizing with clients on specific brand social initiatives
Qualifications
6-8 years of social media marketing experience, influencer management experience will be a bonusA strong understanding of social-first content principlesA platform expert, with demonstrated experience in leading Instagram and TikTok channelsSuperb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space : content, media, social and activationThe ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partnersA nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop cultureAn ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tickThe ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoningA strong, up-to-date point of view on digital media, social channels and content platforms and up and coming partners, practices and initiativesPoise and eloquence—when you speak with clients, they listenAdditional Information
