Requirements

Diploma or higher in information Technology or equivalent
Basic IT knowledge, some basic account knowledge will be benefit
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

Provide Accounting Package support to clients via phone, email and remote access.

Sometimes If needed special request may need to go on-site

Provide Training to end-users
