Executive - Key Account & Customer Service
Hiring Company : Texchem-Pack (M) Sdn Bhd Responsibilities
Support daily sales operations for both internal and external needs. Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly and accurately. Review and verify customer orders before processing. Follow up on outstanding payments from customers. Strengthen customer relationships to help achieve company goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects. Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls on project-related events with internal team and external customers. Review customer agreements before submission to the Legal Department. Assist in collecting market intelligence (e.g. market share, pricing, competitors). Guide and support junior sales staff in their roles. Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or project coordination role is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and proactive in handling tasks. Good in handling customers and resolving issues.
