About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join MTC2U Sdn Bhd as a Manager in Ipoh, Perak. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales and profitability. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and expansion in the retail and consumer products industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and store maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and meet revenue targets
  • Oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles
  • Analyse store data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with regional and national teams to support the overall growth and success of the business
