Building Executive

We are a Property Management related Company located at Johor Bahru. Due to expansion, we invite Building Executive to apply for the vacancy.

• Min. 2 years of Property Management / JMB Building Executive hands on working experience.
• To manage the entire assigned residential JMB that includes common areas' facilities such as swimming pools, gym, housekeeping, lighting, security and landscape.
• Cost conscious and ensure all contractors' and internal maintenance teams are executing their work diligently.
• Timely fund collections and residents relationship management.
• 5 1 / 2 days work week.
• Based in Johor Bahru.
