Senior Solution Engineer

Senior Solutions Engineer – Warehouse Automation

Develop detailed warehouse automation solutions including layout design, equipment selection, and process flow.

Design storage and picking systems (e.g., ASRS, shuttle, ACR, AMR, conveyors, and robotic systems).

Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization, throughput, and operational efficiency.

Perform throughput calculations, material flow analysis, and equipment sizing.

Prepare technical drawings and 3D concepts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.

Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in technical discussions, presentations, and site visits with clients.

Support RFQ preparation, cost estimation, and proposal documentation.

Present solution concepts and ROI justifications to clients and management.

3. Technical Documentation & Validation

Prepare design documentation including concept layouts, technical specifications, and equipment lists.

Validate proposed solutions through simulations, capacity studies, and scenario analysis.

Support handover to project implementation and engineering teams after project award.

Keep updated on new technologies and automation trends in warehouse and logistics systems.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and solution standardization initiatives.
