Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated MIS Specialist to join our team in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate must have solid experience with POS systems and a strong background in Food & Beverage operations. This role is crucial in supporting our outlets' IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth POS performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems across outlets.
- Provide technical support to outlet staff for POS-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for POS upgrades, software patches, and maintenance.
- Assist in system integration for new outlets or menu updates.
- Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Mandatory : Hands-on experience with POS systems in F&B.Strong understanding of F&B operational flow (front-of-house and back-of-house).Minimum 2–3 years' experience in MIS / IT support or similar role.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Willing to travel to outlets when required.Benefits :
