Overview

What will you do?

  • Proposal Development : Collaborate with sales, quality control, and client servicing teams to create comprehensive, customized proposals that align with client needs and highlight our unique value propositions. Develop persuasive presentations and proposal documents that clearly outline the scope, deliverables, methodologies, and benefits of our solutions. Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and key success metrics to streamline future proposal development.
  • Solutioning and Client Engagement : Lead pre-sales discussions with potential clients to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and identify pain points to shape relevant solutions. Craft innovative research solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and timely delivery. Partner with technical and client servicing teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and profitable.
  • Client Delivery (Consulting) : Drive client delivery through consulting, reports, and analysis, working cross-functionally to ensure pristine execution of projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams, including project management, data analysis, and product development, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery. Work with the marketing team to refine value propositions, develop case studies, and highlight success stories within proposals and pitches.

What skills and experience you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in analytics, proposal development, and client engagement, preferably in a consulting or research environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
