Job Summary
We’re looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telco Customer Care team handling Prepaid services . The role involves providing excellent customer support via inbound calls, assisting customers with prepaid plans, balance inquiries, reload issues, and service troubleshooting — ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to prepaid plans, top-ups, data packages, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot SIM, network, and balance-related concerns.
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant prepaid plans or add-ons where applicable.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with the company’s standards and KPIs.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer interaction records in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Customer service or call centre experience (preferably in Telco) is an added advantage.Willing to work night shifts , weekends, and public holidays (rotational schedule).Positive attitude, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability.What We Offer
