Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth. Customer Service Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Business Development Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Promote company products and services to grow the customer base. Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage. Compliance and Risk Management Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance. Manage security, safety and operational risks. Reporting and Target Achievement Prepare detailed sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges and opportunities.
