We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Order Fulfillment Executive to manage order processing and ensure smooth, timely deliveries to customers and business partners. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring stock, and arranging logistics to make sure every order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process daily orders from e-commerce platforms, website, and wholesale clients.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners and internal drivers.
- Ensure orders are packed accurately, on time, and in good condition.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
- Handle order issues such as delays, missing items, or returns.
- Work closely with operations team to maintain smooth workflow.
