Requirements

Working Hours & Flexibility

  • Willing to work long shifts (8–12 hours)
  • Available for overtime , weekends, and public holidays if needed

Experience

  • No experience required (training will be provided)
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, courier, or e-commerce is an added advantage

    • Skills

  • Able to read and scan barcodes / labels
  • Basic numeracy and literacy
  • Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Education : Minimum SPM or equivalent (some employers may accept lower with experience)
  • Language : Basic understanding of Bahasa Malaysia or English
  • Physical Fitness :
  • Able to stand / walk for long hours
  • Can lift, carry, and move items up to 10–20kg
  • Able to work in hot or cold environments (if required)

    • Responsibilities

    JOB TASK

  • Sorting Items : Sort and organize products based on labels, barcodes, or other categorization methods. This may include sorting by size, type, or destination.
  • Inspecting Goods : Check products for quality and ensure that items are not damaged during the sorting process. Report any damaged or defective items.
  • Packing Orders : Pack sorted items into boxes or containers, ensuring that the items are secure and organized for delivery.
  • Scanning Barcodes : Use barcode scanners to track items in the warehouse management system and update inventory accordingly.
  • Preparing Shipments : Prepare goods for shipment by organizing them based on the shipping method or delivery schedule. This may include labeling packages with the correct shipping information.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness : Keep the sorting area clean and organized, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Loading and Unloading : Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks, ensuring that items are safely stored or moved to the appropriate section of the warehouse.
