HR Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and other countries (may assign time to time)
- Manage submission of statutory reports / claims and tasks related to payroll.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the country.
- Maintain good relationships with a payroll vendor.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure that all pre-hire paperwork is completed before deadlines.
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and update records in HRIS e.g., onboarding of new employees, contract management, employee movements, remuneration changes, off-boarding, etc.
- Proactively manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving any conflicts or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, and work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operations.
- Contribute towards implementation of HR projects e.g., HR policies documentation, processes automation and implementation / roll-out of new HR systems or initiatives.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
