Job Description :
- Monitor and ensure production operations achieve set targets
- Provide feedback on quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining good housekeeping
- Ensure the safe and proper use of plant equipment
- Prepare and update daily and monthly performance reports
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and adhere to company standards
- Perform other assigned duties to support production efficiency
