Job descriptionResponsible for managing Business Partners and maintaining strong cooperative relationships with them. Communicate the latest company information, policies, and notices to Business Partners. Plan and manage pickup and delivery operations within the assigned area to ensure timely and secure handling of parcels. Handle customer complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure all operations within the area comply with the company’s safety standards. Lead and manage the area team to improve overall team performance. Annual leave Medical and hospitalisation leave Statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO & PCB) Annual bonus Personal insurance medical card provided (upon confirmation of employment only) Transport Provided
Requirements
- Language Proficiency : Proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English.
- Work Experience : Candidates with relevant experience in the courier or logistics industry will be given preference.
- Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Must be a team player.
- Other : Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess strong stress management abilities
