Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Human Resources or related fields)
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge in organizational design, performance evaluation, recruitment, compensation, labor laws
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office
