Job Description
- Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions and updating ledgers.
- Invoice Processing :
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders.
- Assist in Month-End Closing :
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis as needed.
- Administrative Support :
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Others :
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Relevant educational background in accounting or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
