We are seeking a Technology Lead to provide strategic leadership and accountability for a high-performing team. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of key outcomes aligned with business expectations and service-level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and accountability for a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of key outcomes aligned with business expectations and service-level agreements.
- Manage team deliverables with a focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster clear, professional communication across all channels (meetings, email, documentation), ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand business needs, develop workspace strategies, and tailor modern IT solutions that drive efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Oversee ticket and workload management, analyze service trends, and implement data-driven success plans to continuously improve team performance.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues, including after-hours P1 / P2 incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal LAU and external stakeholders to drive initiatives, support transformation goals, and deliver measurable results.
- Ensure timely documentation of solutions and processes in the Logicalis knowledge management system to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
- Champion the professional development and mentoring of team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a team leadership role within IT services or modern workspace environments.Proven experience in people leadership, performance coaching, and operational excellence.Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Windows Server and Wintel environments, Office 365 / Microsoft 365 ecosystem, VMware infrastructure, and Microsoft Azure platforms.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional outcomes.Familiarity with ITSM tools and frameworks; ITIL Foundation Certification (V3 or V4) required.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Benefits
