Overview

Customer Success Advisor Indonesian Speaker – on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Part of Flexremote (Flexhive / Hudson Group) recruiting for a role based in Malaysia for a fintech client. Work directly for the client while joining a growing community of professionals across SE Asia with Flexremote. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to guests and partners through phone, email, and live chat. Handle travel-related queries with empathy and professionalism. Resolve issues, support bookings, and ensure data confidentiality. Contribute to continuous process improvements while achieving performance goals. Job Details

Job Location : Kuala Lumpur, on site. Full-time (9am – 6pm). Salary up to

5800MYR

(depending on experience). Qualifications

Must be

Malaysian citizen , fluent in both

Indonesian

and

English

(written and verbal). Minimum

2 years of professional experience

in the

Online Travel Agency (OTA)

industry, with a focus on flight bookings, attractions, and tour services (e.g., Trip.com, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka). Proven

customer complaints handling experience

within a

contact center

environment. Demonstrated track record of

achieving KPIs

in a fast-paced, customer-focused role. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

and CRM systems such as

Salesforce or Zendesk . About you

OTA travel industry , strong skills in complaint handling within a contact center, and is fluent in both

Indonesian and English . Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk is essential, with a passion for delivering excellent service and achieving KPIs. Requirements
