Role Description

We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive (Junior or Senior) for a full-time, on-site role at our Petaling Jaya office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and supporting the growth of our digital services portfolio. You’ll handle lead generation , conduct market research , and present solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate is results-driven and passionate about digital trends, with the ability to build strong relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct product and service presentations tailored to client needs
Respond to client enquiries and provide customized digital marketing solutions
Work with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals and solutions
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to management

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in conducting presentations and client meetings

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Familiar with digital marketing services, websites, and internet technologies is an advantage

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

Fluency in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus

Fresh graduates and candidates from marketing / IT sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
